ACAEC Governing Families Mr. James B. Rose, Superintendent of ACAEC, has been a student of American Christian history and government for more than thirty years. He has degrees in Business Administration and American Political Thought (B.A. and M.A. respectively). He is the author of A Guide to American Christian Education for the Home and School - The Principle Approach. He is the President of the American Christian History Institute (ACHI) of Palo Cedro, California, a non-profit religious and educational foundation. ACAHeadmaster@acaec.com Marc and Darla Winegarden, ACAEC Program Directors Designate, have home educated their four children since 1987. They have served ACAEC in different capacities since 1990. Both are looking forward to a fruitful year as they labor side-by-side with the rest of the staff to assist you and be of encouragement in this next school year.
